A: Yes the minimum quantity for individual products is listed in our pricelist and a minimum order of $3000 (Product only ) is required.
A: Yes. We regularly provide samples of all products, however it is our policy to charge for samples and shipping of these items. Alternatively please provide an International courier account number for the purpose of sending samples ( Shipping via your requested method. ) If you request and receive samples and subsequently place an order in excess of $5,000 for more of the same products we will credit that order to the value of the samples ( Product only ) In effect, at that time the samples are Free of Charge.
A: Yes.. we offer the following discounts for large orders
Orders above US$ 5,000.00 receive a 5% discount from the published pricelist.
Orders above US$10,000.00 receive a 10% discount from the published pricelist.
Orders above US$15,000.00 receive a 12% discount from the published pricelist.
A: This depends on what and how much you order, for Handicraft items in our catalog the turn-around time is very fast, within one week to ten days. For teak furniture we have many items in stock and quantity, for outdoor teak furniture in stock we can finish and ship full containers within 7 -10 days . For indoor teak furniture we can complete a 20' container within 2 weeks. For teak products not in stock it will take 3 weeks minimum to fill a container. Carved Stone 7-10 days. A full 20' or 40ft container for items in stock will take 7-10 days for all products including packing and documentation. For products not not in stock and custom items we will give you a response via return e-mail for your consideration.
A: Single items or small consignments ( LCL, Samples ) from our catalogue can be at your door via Air Freight within 2-5 days, For full or partial containers the final destination is the key, when you place an order for a container load, we will provide you with a definitive shipping schedule for the port nearest your location. Most destinations ( Global ) transit time is 3 -5 weeks MAX guaranteed.
A: Again this depends on the final destination and size of the shipment, but all requirements for the export of the shipment from Bali including packing and completion of the official export documentation is included in the price. A: Yes, when shipping full containers and LCL cargo via our recommended shipping company we can insure the shipment for of the goods against any damage whilst in transit, until the time the consignment reaches your door.. Cost is 3% of the total value of the cargo.
A: These vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs broker / agent for a quote and recommend you shop around ( in our experience prices differ greatly from broker to broker ) Generally goods from Indonesia incur very little or no import duties because this country is classified as a ( third world - developing nation )
A: We request wire payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer). At confirmation of order we request a 50% deposit for the products. The balance, the final 50% for products and the shipping cost (100% ) to be paid when the container is sealed and ready to be delivered to the port. For LCL shipments we request 100% remittance in advance.
A: We do not accept credit card payment. The cost of an LC ( Letter of Credit ) whilst being a secure method of payment is prohibitive by the surcharges and complexities of the banking institutions of Indonesia.
A: Yes, within the following parameters: We offer a total replacement guarantee on all our products should they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition. Any warranty claims should be filed within 7 days of receiving your consignment and accompanied by photographs or other evidence of the problem incurred. We strive to provide the highest quality products and guarantee these items will reach you in good condition. We are sure you will treat the goods with due respect until your customers take possession of them. At the time the goods pass to a third party we can no longer be responsible. However should there be any complaint we will endeavor to resolve the matter in a fair and just manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
