PACKING:
Packing of both individual (
one-off ) or bulk ( container ) purchases.
For handicraft products, the items
are wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap then packed into
cardboard boxes or ( depending on the fragility of the item ) a
wooden crate. Larger items i.e. furniture etc are
individually wrapped in foam sheet and then Kraft corrugated
cardboard for protection. Fragile large products (
ceramic pots, stone products etc. ) are wrapped and then a wooden frame is constructed to hold and protect the object
during shipment. Silica Gel sachets are added to all packed
products.

in fact insist that all container loads
use Super Dry Units for moisture absorption control.

DOCUMENTATION:
Handling of all the cargo arrangements includes taking care of all the relevant official export
documentation required by the Indonesian authorities and the
destination country ( Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists,
Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Customs Clearances,
Fumigation
etc. ) This is included in the shipping cost and is quoted
separately to the Product Prices. Please note that the documentation
will take 7 - 10 days to be released from the Indonesian
Chamber of Commerce after the shipment has left Indonesia. This is
normal. The original documents when released, are then
forwarded to you or your broker / agent ( Notify Party ) via
FedEx to facilitate processing at your locale while
the container is in transit.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is available from
Bali @ 2% of the product total, and is provided by our
shipping company in case of damage in transit

Page ) Otherwise we
suggest you talk with your personal insurance broker and
request short term cover on your existing policies for the
value and duration of your shipment .
PAYMENT TERMS:
All prices quoted in US
Dollars.
At confirmation of order we
request a deposit of 50% of the Product Total
Paid via Telegraphic
Transfer ( TT ) Including " Full amount " bank charges.
We will provide you with our
banking information when the Pro-Forma Invoice is issued.
When your order is ready
for shipment we request the final 50% product payment
and 100% of the shipping fee.
When your funds have cleared our
account the final documentation is completed and the
goods exit Indonesia.
Customs clearance, duties,
taxes, inland transport charges etc. in the destination country are your ( the consignee ) responsibility.
DISCOUNTS:
Orders above US$ 5,000.00 receive a 5% discount from the
published pricelist.
Orders above US$10,000.00 receive a 10% discount from the published
pricelist.
Orders above US$15,000.00 receive a 12% discount from the published
pricelist. |
