We have spent years preparing our Export Bali web pages and images for existing and prospective customers to view. All of the texts and images displayed on the Exbali website are original.

All our original images are available for our established customers to create catalogues to assist marketing their retail and wholesale operations.

.We are not vindictive, but we are deeply offended by those with little or no regard for others rights Copyright violators are nothing but criminals.

After finding an offender we send a cease and desist letter, the majority of which go unanswered, there are no legal channels to pursue here in Indonesia so our response is to leave it up to you, the customer to make an informed decision.

When visiting and contemplating purchasing from an online store in Bali...

Make sure there is a contact address ( many provide only a telephone number )

Don't hesitate to call the numbers, Make sure the person listed as the contact actually exists.

Have regular contact with individuals/companies, via email or telephone, especially if you have sent a deposit.

If the time /schedule of an order you have placed and paid for is beginning to stretch well beyond the timeline stated at the time of ordering... Don't wait any longer, contact the person involved and get some answers, the longer you wait, the further your deposit and or products ( if any ) will be from you.
